Dear Athletes, Delegations and Guests
It’s our honor invite you all to participate in the 2024 Africa Triathlon Duathlon Cup Sharm El Sheikh, February 23th -24th, 2024
Sharm el-Sheikh (the city of Peace) is an Egyptian resort city has a wonderfully quaint location; located between the desert of the Sinai Peninsula and the Red Sea. It’s known for its sheltered sandy beaches, clear waters and coral reefs.
Important Notes:
Start Place: Marina Beach Area  
-The LOC are not responsible for booking hotels in the wrong areas. So make sure that you know the place very well.
-Please all NF should be aware of getting invoices from cheaters by emails. 
-Entry Fees and hotel payments should be done before the briefing.
-Tri-suit Check should be done before the briefing (Elite/U23/Juniors/ Youth).
-The final schedule and time tables will be publish in the race briefing. So please make sure to check the final orders in the briefing.
-Pan Arab U23 will be extracted from the elite results.

Notes:
1. All information must be coincident with the Passport.
2. Passport’s Date of Expiry must be at least 6 months ahead.
3. A visa invitations will be provided basing on the information provided, with which you will be able to apply for the visa easily and quickly.
4. Requests should be through your NF official email, or your name should be appear in the ITU Platform entries system.
5. Please let us know if you need a separated letter for each athlete or group letter

Sprint Duathlon Distances
Run 5 KM ( 2 Laps x 5 KM )
Bike 20 KM ( 4 Laps x 5 KM )
Run 2.5 KM ( 1 Laps x 2.5 KM )

Air temperature: Low/25°C – High 35
Run Course: 100% asphalt, no sand, no grass.
All Athletes Entries for the (Elite - U23) must be done through the World Triathlon Platform by the National Federations.
Egyptian Only: Should be done through ETF
